Repeal the NDAA

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) destroys due process in the United States by granting the President the power to kidnap any American, anywhere in the United States and forever hold him or her in prison without a trial.

Although I support a strong defensive military to protect and keep us safe, I adamantly oppose the NDAA with these provisions. They must be abolished1.

Article VI of the U.S. Constitution mandates that Senators and Representatives “be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.”

If elected I will remain true to my Oath and will NEVER vote for bill or anything that destroys the U.S. Constitution.

It is time for new thinking and new public servants to rekindle the torch of liberty.
